​​​Filet Mignon w/ Madeira Sauce - Two very tender Filet Mignon medallions covered with Madeira Sauce (cooked with Champignon mushrooms), Mashed Yellow Brazilian Yuca (Pure de Mandioquinha), White Rice, and salad.  

Strogonoff - Somedays we use beef and others we use chicken breast, both delicious. Originally Russian, and very popular in Brazil, this recipe is made with small pieces of beef (or chicken), cooked with Champignon mushrooms, and served with white rice and under a Table Cream Sauce. We, brazilians, also add Shoestring Potato Chips on the side to combine.

Feijoada - Following Brazil's tradition of serving our most popular dish every Wednesday and Saturdays, here we go again!!! Black beans cooked with pork meat and some jerk beef, where it becomes almost a stew and it's served very hot in cold days with White Rice, Braised Collard Greens, pieces of Fried Pork Belly, Breaded Banana, Fried Yuca, Farofa (seasoned yuca flour), Vinaigrette,  and some slices of orange.
