Originally Russian, and very popular in Brazil, this recipe is made with small pieces of beef (or chicken), cooked with Champignon mushrooms, and served with white rice and under a Table Cream Sauce. We, brazilians, also add Shoestring Potato Chips on the side to combine.
Feijão Tropeiro - Pinto beans seasoned with yuca flour, Collard Greens, smoked sausage, bacon, and served with white rice, Fried Pork Belly, breaded banana, fried eggs, and salad.
